At Maple Solutions, we provide digital-only services and products, including in-game training and digital item transactions for MapleStory and other MMORPGs. As such, there is no physical shipping, and all sales are governed by the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of our digital services:

All item sales and trades are final upon delivery.

No refunds will be issued for successfully completed in-game transactions.
2. Training Session Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a training session with at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full credit or refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.

No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
3. Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue or do not receive your digital product or service, please contact us within 24 hours of the issue with your order details.
We are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and timely manner.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who:
