Welcome to Maple Solutions! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services ("Services"), including but not limited to in-game training sessions and digital item transactions for MapleStory and other MMORPGs. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

We provide the following Services:

  • In-game training sessions for MapleStory and other MMORPGs, priced based on duration.

  • Buying, selling, and trading of in-game digital items.

  • All products and services are delivered digitally and are not refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to update your account as needed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Digital Goods and In-Game Transactions

All goods and services provided are digital. We do not ship physical products.

4.1. Training Services:

  • Sessions are booked by duration.

  • You are responsible for having access to your game account and the necessary in-game setup for training.

  • Missed or late sessions may be forfeited unless rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 6).

4.2. Item Transactions:

  • We facilitate the exchange of in-game items as a marketplace. All trades are final.

  • Users must ensure they comply with the terms of the game publisher (e.g., Nexon) when engaging in item transactions.

  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

5. Payment and Fees

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services at the time of purchase.

You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate access to Services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We offer digital services, which are generally non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

6.1. Training Sessions:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full credit or refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be partially refunded or credited at our discretion.

  • Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.

6.2. Item Transactions:

  • All item sales and trades are final upon delivery confirmation.

  • If you encounter an issue, contact support within 24 hours of the transaction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purposes or to violate game publisher rules.

  • Engage in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of our payment system.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with our website or systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Game Publisher Compliance

By using our Services, you acknowledge that we are not affiliated with any game publisher (including but not limited to Nexon) and that all use of our Services must comply with the applicable terms of those publishers. You are solely responsible for any consequences from violating such terms.

9. Disclaimers

  • All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee outcomes from training or item transactions.

  • You assume all risk associated with in-game transactions and training.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 3 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maple Solutions, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Services,

  • Your violation of these Terms,

  • Your interaction with third-party game publishers.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or website notice. Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
